As we near the end of 2017 and enter into the holiday season, the family of Payne Law, PLLC would like to say a huge thank you to our clients, family and friends for another blessed year! We’ve handled over 150 matters this year, not counting pro bono work cases. We are honored and thankful that you have chosen to trust us with your business, family, estate planning and other needs this year, and as a small token of our gratitude, we are offering a 25% discount on ALL estate planning between now and when we close for Christmas! Know you need to get it done, but don’t have time between now and the holidays? No worries – go ahead and pre-pay for your planning needs, and we’ll set up a time for you to meet with us in the first of the year (or whenever is convenient for you) to discuss. The only catch is that to take advantage of the sale, you must pay in full before December 20, 2017 at 12pm (noon!). We will be closing for the Christmas holiday at noon on that day (December 20) to allow our team to spend a quality couple weeks with their families, and we’ll re-open on January 2 at 9am to kick off 2018!
All individual and family estate plans include you (and/or your spouse’s) will, living will (also known as a DNR, or Do-Not-Resuscitate), health care power of attorney and durable power of attorney (the one that deals with financial and property matters). Also, for an additional fee, we will be glad to review and setup a trust for you – common uses of a trust include planning for disposition of life insurance funds or retirement funds to younger family members (after all, do you really want your 12 year old to inherit a quarter-million in life insurance at 18? While we hope the occasion never comes up, we also know that you probably don’t…).
For each and every estate plan – big or small, we always do the following:
The pricing after discount will be $450 for individual estate plans, $750 for family estate plans (i.e., two spouses), and $1,500 for trusts. Now, if you’ve read this and think, I’ve got an estate plan, do I even need a new one? Can mine just be reviewed? Sure! We will gladly review your estate plan for a $100 consultation fee, and if we determine you need a full estate plan, we’ll gladly deduct the cost of the consultation as long as you pay for the full plan at your consultation. If you’d like to go ahead and pay for your consultation or estate plan online, you can do so here: https://www.paynelawpllc.com/pay/
Again, THANK YOU all for trusting us with your business, family and estate planning needs, and we look forward to continuing to serve the greater Forsyth, Alamance and surrounding counties in 2018!
